The Swing Lab located in Larchmont, NY, opened in 2008.
Students range in age from six years old to over sixty and
range in ability from beginner to professional.

The philosophy of using digital video technology to enhance
instruction, coaching and performance started in professional
sports years ago. This sophisticated use of technology allows
students of any ability to visualize how they are playing and
more importantly how they can improve.

The technology is used with individual instruction both in the
Swing Lab as well as on the playing field, driving range or golf
course.  With this instruction program, students can quickly
improve their skills allowing them to positively impact
performance and confidence in a timely manner.

Students typically take one to two one hour lessons weekly to
improve their baseball pitching and batting or improve both
their long and short games in golf, gain more confidence and
learn the rules and art of the games.
